Jon was voted Best Physiotherapist in Markham for the last 3 years (Markham Economist and Sun, 2020, 2021, and 2022).

Before starting his own private practice in Markham, Jon practised with some of the top Orthopaedic Surgeons at Sunnybrook Hospital and Markham Stouffville Hospital for a number of years. He continues to remain on staff and hold Hospital privileges at Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Jon is excited to offer 1-on-1 assessment and treatment in a private Gym environment. His treatment techniques include acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, cupping, therapeutic taping, exercise prescription and patient education. He loves working with patients of all ages and is excited to work with you!

David graduated from Queen’s University with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. In addition to his professional physiotherapy degree, David has taken continuing education courses in manual therapy, exercise prescription, concussion management, and pain science. David has also completed advanced levels in The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the treatment of the neck, back, and extremities.

David’s treatment approach focuses on an evidence based, client centered approach. He delivers this through a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.

During his spare time, David enjoys going to the gym and watching Game of Thrones. Since the series is now over, he is currently looking for new show suggestions!
